Question About Frigidaire Refrigerator Frigidaire
freezer does not work...

i bought a frigidaire about 18 months ago and now the freezer does not work. i cranked up the temp setting to max and yet it does not work. however if i crank the setting for the fridge to max the compressor starts working and cold air comes out of the freezer vents. please advise
