Question About Frigidaire Refrigerator 240389309
Not dispencing ice...

I'm having the same problem and I've identified that the ice auger is no longer being turned by the rear drive coupling b/c the rear drive coupling is slipping on its axis or axel. There is a nut and some sort of metal clip there but I haven't figure out how to removed it yet.

1 Before you do anything be sure to try turning off the freezer for 6 hours so that everything has a chance to thaw. It worked for me.
