What does it mean when a F 13 code appears when I try to start the oven?

A “F13” error code stands for a bad EEPROM (Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory). Typically, this can be cleared by performing a reset on your range and you can do that by disconnecting power from your range for roughly ten minutes.
