My zoom lens is stuck out and won't go back in. I have tried to put in some new batteries but it won't even turn on. We got it from a friend and can't find the owners manual. What do I need to do in order to make it turn on and working again? I take alot of photos for church events with the camera, and i need to have it working soon. I would appreciate it if you got back to me as son as possible.
