The a/c unit will not turn on. It has a a RED operation light that flashes continuosly at a fast speed. It has a Green light that flashes 3 or 4 times occasionally. We have treid pulling the circuit breaker but it goes back doing the same thing. The unit has worked before but has suddenly stopped. The only thing the unit will do is swing the fan but no air will come out.
