my fujitsu AR-Ry13 operation light red stays on?it...

my fujitsu AR-Ry13 operation light red stays on?it doesn't flash just stays on constant - is this is a problem - it seems to be working thought. Its only 1 year old and hardly used to be honest! my other fujitsus just have green light on.
