cant figure out how to set the clock

5 My son told me you have to hold down the 'mode' button, and it will come up with 'DEMO' and you turn the button until you see HR and then press the bar below the MODE butto to set the HR and then turn the knob again til you see MIN and repeast the process to set the minutes.
