Question About Fujitsu Scanner Fi-6240
my FI-6240 scanner keeps asking me to replace the ...

my FI-6240 scanner keeps asking me to replace the consumables. I have replaced the Brake and Pick up roller, as per the error message. But it is still prompting for a replacement. In the settings I cannot reset the scan counter, as this is not an option (unlike it is in the manual).
