Question About FUNAI DVD Player MSD125
won't turn on...

Our dvd/cd player hasn't been used for 3 years. When I push the standby-on button it won't turn on. I'd like to get this going as it's my mom's and she's elderly and homebound this winter. Thanks! Cherri
