I have a Gateway NV570P26u and I got it at the end of January, I am using it only for regular school assignments and it will not turn on. When I turn it off then back on it just shows the Gateway loading screen and it never changes from that until I turn it off again. I have no idea what to do with it to turn it on and back up pictures of mine before it wipes them.
