Our new laminator Pinnacle 27 ezload has laminatio...

Our new laminator Pinnacle 27 ezload has lamination wrapped around the bottom roller. Is there a way to get it off or a place to get instructions or helps. I am our school librarian and I am not sure how to fix it.
