Lost Manual...

I can not un-set the alarm time. It goes off at midnight every night. Please help.

0 press cancel, then press the alarm #, 1 or 2, then press on cancel. If anyone knows how to change the NAP timer to change minutes(and not just 10 minute intervals) it would be appreciated..
