Question About GE Clothes Dryer None
dryer sounds much louder suddenly...

recently my 7 yr old dryer started sounding much louder. on one occasion, the dryer even made just a humming sound when i turned it on, it would not start up. after trying again a short time later it did turn back on, again quite loud. any ideas?

0 My 7 yr old gas dryer is suddenly sounding much louder than normal. One time the dryer made this humming sound when I turned it on, and it would not start up. After waiting a short time, I tried turning it on again, it worked, but it was still loud. Any ideas?
