Question About GE Conference Phone 25982
base do not ring...

I have just bought a new 25982 and the base unit do not ring. e.g. I have not set up the handset phones yet. Does the handset phones need to be fully charged ? The ringtone option on the menu is set to on, and the volume on the highest level./ Appreciate your help.
