Question About GE Home Security System NX 1448E
service light won't go off on panel...

I had to replace the panel of my secuity system. The new one works but the service light won't go off. The code indicates the communication problem, but I ran a test and the monitoring company got the communication. That should have reset the light but it didn't. Is there a way to manually reset it myself?
