I left my dispenser on for months while not in use. Recently, I bought a bottle of water and wanted to use it again. Both hot and cold temperatures work but the water is not coming out from the outlets? Is this a case of mineral clogging the pipes? Also, there is a layer of frozen ice on top of the separator, could this be obstructing the water flow?
