I have a GE monogram refrigerator. Model # BISCW42ELE, serial # MAO38064. My frigerator is not cooling. Defrost timer, heating defrost coil is working, No ice or snow on my coils No obstructions in the fridge to let the air circulation Problem: Sometimes the air does not pass in the frigerator.
