I have a ref that has water running out from underneath. I pulled the panel off and the there is a spring that has come off and is broken at one end which looks like it it should be connected to a door opening device and a small plastic piece. I tried to pull out tray but it does not want to come out easily. I have tried to find schematic and repair instructions with no luck. any help??
