I have GEM-P800 Series Security System since 1999. I started having false alarm about after the first year. My problem was at Zone 6. I changed Zone 6, to Zone 5 at the controll panel, but my problem still egsist. I called the company who installed it, but the owner is so rude, I can't deal with him. He keep saying somebody messing with the system. I don't understand what does it mean. It always goes off when I am away from home. I have an Electrical Engeener checked it out and couldn't figure it out. Any idea what can be a possible problem? And a solution to resolve this issue?
