I bought a house with a Gemini Alarm System. The tenants that are in the house currently say that the alarm no longer beeps to remind them that the alarm is set when they come, so the alarm goes off occasionally when they don't remember it's set. Is there a battery, and where is it? There are no battery low or error codes showing. Can you help?
