When trying to arm the system I get message : sounding. Can't arm the system with long beep. Please advise

5 The phone number for Gemini alarm systems customer service is : 732-346-0061 If you click this link there are subsequent links for the service manuals for both models GEM-P800 and GEM-RP8. You didn't specify which model you have so click the link and select whichever model you have and you should be able to find more info about what your specific error code means by reading through the manual. http://homeappliance.manualsonline.com/manuals/mfg/gemini_sound_products/gemini_sound_products_home_security_system_product_list.html If you still have trouble I would highly suggest calling customer service. They will be able to help you quickly and easily. It's not so easy to assist with things of that nature via the internet when I can't look at your alarm system or hear it or access it at all.
