0 Dear Genie Door, With a little help at the beginning, the motor works fine and goes all the way to the end. The problem is at the beginning when I have to help it with a screw driver. Should I replace the black cylinder or the entire unit? The motor looks and sounds fine, I suspect I need to change just the black capacitor. The unit is GXL9500 1/2 HP Genie. The capacitor had the following numbers on it: 3629250. Please call me at 1-818-500-5050 I need to fix it asap, the garage is open all the time.
