Need a users manual for the Genie Pro Max Model PM...

Need a users manual for the Genie Pro Max Model PMX3001C/A garage door opener...I don't know how old it is. Emergency release is in the correct position to engage (down/forward), and chain moves--but does not engage with the carrier, so the door does not open. Thanks for the help!
