Question About Gold's Gym Treadmill GGTL39608.7
I need to find the manual for my Golds Gym trainer...

I need to find the manual for my Golds Gym trainer 480 treadmill. We can not get it to do the interval training. If you push 5 it will speed up to 5 miles an hr, but can't get it slow down unless I hit 1 or pull the red emergency tab on it. Can only get incline to work some of the time. Will go up but not back down every often.
