My treadmill has been in the garage all winter with the belt in the upright locked position. I turned it in for the first time in 6 months and the screen reads 31 on the top line and under the 31 from left to right says 93 and a capital E. I cant select a program nor incline/increase speed. It has bren covered up and the cords look new
