my AC unit model # capf3030a6aa has a leak do to someones careless installation. there are two holes on the side of the unit with screw groove inside of them. one has a piping going into and the other which is the left hole was only covered up with tape. that is leaking a lot of water and causing rust. I have a picture if you want to see it. I want to know what exactly goes in that left hole, the installer just put ducting tape which I'm pretty sure does not.
