remote control...

how can get another remote control ? my littlle in the front of the remote no longer worke's to control the dvd vidio machine,i have to operate it manuely...please help

0 I have a stuck DVD in my DVD player. When I manually open the tray drawer, It is off to the left. I can't get the machine to eject it. The display just says "Bad Disc". How do I get it out?
