Our freezer is continually running and a glacier forms on the bottom of the freezer under the basket...and ice is showing above the bottom basket. I defrosted two weeks ago and took a two inch slab of ice off the bottom of the inside of the freezer and plugged it back in and now have another glacier on the bottom. Any ideas??? Keeps food frozen but runs 24 hours a day. Thanks
