We purchased a used unit. We where able to download the op instructions. However, during the move; a large spring fell out and didn't come out all the way until in the spin cycle the unit started jumping around and making a horrible racket.....we do not have a service manual of a diagram of the inner workings.... need help knowing the location of where the spring needs to be attached. We also need to know if we have reattached the washer dial in the right spot. thanks, Ron
