water does not come down into the carafe...can you help me?

5 Hi. I attached the User Guide for your coffee maker for your reference. Now to your problem - it could be two things... 1) no power - can you confirm that you have water in the reservoir and power is working 2) you can have a build-up and need to clean your machine which is on page 9 of the user guide. I own multiple coffee machines and espresso machines and I clean every 3 months.
