we purchased a H B food processor. Opened the box, put all the components together, everything turns. the top section, the bolt fits into the base, the base turns, BUT, when it is all put together, plugged in and turned on. the base turns, but the top part does not. Take the top off, and the top turns by hand motion. BUT does not work when put all together. Any ideas?
