I purchased a Portable remote control winch 12 volt-3000 lb. capacity model 95912. I was pulling on a heavy load, the cable overloaded on the spool and slipped over the edge, got tangled and burnt out the control. The remote control can not be turned off with out pulling out the battery cable. Can I purchase the control box with the parts 31, 32, 33, 36, ? The serial number SNTCP 1300 219444.
