I need help connecting my monitors to my tv I have...

I need help connecting my monitors to my tv I have two monitors w four cameras I connected the wires like it said but the picture and sound stayed on the monitor instead of going to my tv I also tried connecting it to my computer but I don't have the right wires i really want them connected to my tv what do I do now
