0 We purchased a Harman XXV this year from Courtland Hardware in Bel Air, MD and have had nothing but problems. Have had numerous service calls and Harman reps try to repair it, but it works for a week or less and then will not ignite, flashing codes on the "status" indicator, and I could go on and on. Courtland will not stand by their product and Harman does not want to replace the stove. Has anyone else had similar problems; and, if so, how did you resolve this. I'm so frustrated. We've had a very cold winter here in MD and I can't even use the stove I paid over $4,000 for. pat (frustrated)

0 Have had stove for over five years. I've found that the quality of the pellets i use has a direct effect on the burn controls. Generally speaking low ash hardwoods seem to work the best. I believe the sensitivity of the burn controls can cause this stove to be very finiky. Not being able to talk to harman directly is a problem. They should rectify this.
