serial no: 142419-001.000-0049C00. Couldn't find the model no. (Was installed Oct. '03). We left town for a few months, but forgot to unplug the water softener for about 2 to 2 1/2 months. Electrically, it was running. The water, however, WAS turned off during that time. Was there damage done? I can hear the meter running, but haven't heard it go through the cycle, yet, and the water has now been on for almost 2 weeks. Usually it cycles the day after I do laundry. Can anyone help? Thanks
