We cannot find our instruction booklet for our hellenbrand water softener that was installed 11 years ago. The softener is not regenerating on the scheduled time .......there is a clicking sound coming from the dial area on the unit. We manually ran the system this am but we would like to see if we can fix this problem by using the troubleshooting guide in the booklet.
