The ManualsOnline team has found the manual for this product! We hope it helps solve your problem. Get the Manual Here
0 0B0007 Here is what the manual states: -Make sure that the Fan is connected correctly to the Main PCA. - Turn the Printer OFF and disconnect the Fan from the Main PCA Connect a New Fan to the Main PCA and power ON the Printer. If the New Fan functions correctly without any Error Codes then remove the Old Fan from the Printer and install the New one. - If the New Fan does not function correctly either, then replace the Main PCA. The PCA pn is C6090-60316 and the fan is C6090-60095 for your model. I have serviced a similar plotter recently with this problem and it was the Main PCA failing. Easiest is to test the fan with an external 24v power supply. If it works ok then the PCA is defective. The pca was discontinued for the unit I was servicing but I was able to repair the board. Try to get the PCA once you have tested that the fan is ok. If it too is discontinued, I can do the same for you. If interested in this service, email me direct for costs.
