Will not power up after heavy rain storm in area, is there a fuse or something that blew?

0 The TV does not power up after lightning. I think it is a fuse 3.15A/125 V. Where can I find such a fuse? It seems to be very unique. Is it OK to put in a 250 V fuse instead?
