I have humidifier HM410 in red it is great to look...

I have humidifier HM410 in red it is great to look at but I do not have the owners manual and I do not know how to turn it on please send me the operation manual joni_@rogers.com Perhaps it is broken when I plug it in a light shines and the tank area does not heat up inside. Is this normal? Thank you! Joni
