Need a owners manual for Homelite EZ Automatic, model #31790805 Need oil gas mixture ratio or how many ounces of oil to 1 gal of gas. Saw hasn't been used in over 12 months. Won't start. Spark plug is dry. Should I drain gas? Fill with new?
