Question About Honeywell Electric Heater HZ-717 WMT
I just bought a HZ-717 Oil filled rad at a second ...

I just bought a HZ-717 Oil filled rad at a second hand store. I tipped it over to put in my trunk but that was 3 hours ago. when I plug it in just the on light is lit and on small light in the temp.display. Does it need to sit longer??
