I get a bucket with a teardrop flashing and no other indications on the control panel. When I first plugged it in the power light came on and made a clicking noise and stuttered on and off several times before stopping and the then no power light and just the teardrop in a bucket flashing. I have unplugged and replugged several times with no success. I also poured the water out of the base and placed the reservoir back on the base to let it refill the base
