Question About Honeywell HZ-2110
replace heat coil...

I have 2 "giants" and both their fans work fine. they do not put out heat anymore.I noticed the coil does not turn red. So, I figured the coils were broken??? I would like to know how to fix them. I have not found a coil part anywhere or a company that fixes these heaters, with out sending them off for months!!!
