I cant figure out how to set the temperature and its very cold in here. Finally I shut it off and its still cold. I tried to go to the Honeywell site to download a manual and no manual would download. I called and ordered the downstairs manual and was successful but when I attempted the order the upstairs one the recording said it cannot process my information at this time and to try again later. Helpless in Houston!
