Question About Hoover Carpet Cleaner Hoover Hygene VC528
Please help find the manual for this Hoover Carpet Cleaner...

possible blockage in tube of hose. No suction at head but strong suction at vent on black hose if opened. Cannot take head/stick/hose apart to check.
