If the handle release button on the above model U 3330 001 refuses to lock it in the upright position is this due to it being faulty? I was looking for instructions for removing the handle release button to see if it is damaged and understand how the locking mechanism works and have been unable to find them. It would be helpful if you could tell me how to remove the button. Thank you.
