Question About Hoover Vacuum Cleaner U8171-900
Not working properly...

I have inherited a hoover savvy U8171-900. It seems like a nice vacuum cleaner but is not really working properly. The dirty light comes on every once in a while. Neither of the other ones do. The brush does not spin when it is on the carpet setting, and sometimes when I turn it on, it doesn't seem to turn on all the way.
