I had requested manuals for a gas fireplace. June 12 response said manual was ready. Couldn't find it on site. Saw msg., 'While we work on adding your manual, let's solve your problem.' Is the manual here and I just can't find it? Are you still working on finding and/or adding the manual? Installer wants installation manual before proceeding.
