PTO will not engage. I tested the wires to the electric clutch and there is power in the one wire and I am assuming that the other wire should not have any? Is there a plug or clip that these wires connect to the clutch with or do these 2 wires go directly into the clutch. With out taking the clutch off I can't tell and I'm only able to "wiggle" the wires hoping that it is a short and not a bad clutch. I've also heard of jumping the mower deck, how would you go about that? Thanks
