i have a husky model TA 2024L....this was given as...

i have a husky model TA 2024L....this was given as a gift two years ago ,kept in the basement ....i filled the oil to level compressor comes on but does not build up pressure i have misplaced the manual .looking to get copy of manual or advice thanks
